The Power Of A Positive Mind

Wow! It's been super long since the last time I wrote a blog post. Life got a little busy and writing a blog became secondary. However, I missed writing and now I am back here doing what I love. They say it's never too late to get back on track for doing something you love, for me that is writing.

This blog post is about The Power of A Positive Mind. Do you remember the last time you wanted to achieve something but you kept doubting yourself? Do you remember when you were at a low moment in life and things seemed a little difficult, what did you do? Humans have the nature of thinking negative over positive in a given situation. We tend to pay more attention onto the negative aspects and or failures we encounter. We as humans are responsible to an extent of how we react to issues and or attain positive mindset. I understand having a positive mindset is one of the hardest element to achieve but it is not impossible.

The below are the few tips of positive thinking. My friends and family will tell you that I am a strong believer in Laws of Attraction. So, what is laws of attraction? Laws of attraction is the belief that whatever you focus on, your energy attracts that. For example, instead of doubting yourself in situation - try to think positive. A better explanation of this would be: Think about a situation for an example - when you first learned to ride a bike. if you were limited yourself to thinking that you cannot accomplish that, then you would have never succeeded in learning that skill. when you think positive it allows you believe in yourself more. You make the most of what is in front of you.

The following are ways to achieve and things to remember for positive thinking.

1. You are in charge of your life.

2. You have the power to accomplish everything and anything you set your mind too.

3. Situations are tough - but so are you!!

4. If you cannot control the situation, then take it one step at a time. Calm yourself and your mind and the path will be manageable.

5. Your thoughts shape your life, focus your energy in what you want to achieve and not what you're lacking.

6. Be aware of your thoughts and thinking. Ask yourself these questions: (i) Are my thoughts negative? (ii) Do my thoughts support what I want? (iii) Will my thoughts help me achieve what I want?

7. You cannot change what already occurred, you must learn to accept and let go. Unless there is a magical pill or a time machine to allow this change, you cannot change your past.

8. Worrying will not get you anywhere. It is one of the most useless emotion you can experience. Worrying will only help in the present moment, but it will not help with any solution.

9. Your life is good as your mindset

10. A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset

11. MEDITATE - allow your mind to relax and come in focus of what you want. this is one of the most important steps to positive thinking.

The above 11 points are some things to remember for positive thinking. The word positive allows to feel hope. When positive thoughts are instilled in you, negativity starts leaving from your mind. Yes, difficulties arrive in our lives, but positive thinking give you the power to face the situation.

Even a negative thought for someone else creates negative vibrations for you and your surroundings. These vibrations affect us and causes us to lose peace in our mind.

When negative thoughts come in your mind about failure the thing you should remember is to never say " I cannot do this!" You're limiting yourself from your potential. Instead try to say " I can do this, it will take time - but I will achieve this. "

Have you ever seen someone really happy and positive and you think to yourself "this person does not see the reality of life" or "this person is too ignorant to the real world" - but what is the truth behind these individuals being so positive?

These people first of all are peaceful with what they are thinking. They keep their minds on what they want to achieve instead of what they cannot achieve. They are focused on their goals rather than doubting themselves. They look for the good in every situation and difficulty. You probably have heard of the saying " find something good in someone or a situation and you will always find it. You attract what you're energy is focused on. Negative will attract negative and positive will attract positive.

If you have read my previous blogs, you might have noticed I have mentioned Jay Shetty quiet a bit. I felt his video would be the most appropriate in the given topic.

I hope this blog post helps anyone going through tough times to understand what positive mindset can help achieve.
