One thing that each person deals with is "Failure." Failure is necessary for an individual to grow as a person.
A famous quote by Michael Jordan stated that " I've failed over and over and over again in my life that is why I succeed." I personally have failed numerous times and have learned that it makes you grow as a person, it shapes you into a better person. I must admit that failure is the life's greatest professor. Without learning to fail we wouldn't be able to achieve empathy, kindness and attain great things with hard work.
One would ask, that why is failure so important? Why are you blogging about something like failure when it demotivates someone? Why is failure necessary to succeed? Well, failure is always taken in the negative limelight. I agree failure is painful and it causes emotional distress and that is awakens negative aura around you. Trust me I know how it feels to repetitively fail. It takes away your will to try, it takes away your strength to work hard and achieve whatever it is that you put your heart into. But you must always remember that failure is a sign that you tried, it is a sign that there is space for improvement and acknowledging what it is that you're lacking. When you fail at something it tells you that you attempted and to be honest a lot of people don't even attempt so kudos to you on that aspect. For example, that cute girl or guy at your school/college/workplace that you want to talk to but won't because you fear of failure, or that friend of yours who is afraid to drive, or even giving a public speech. There are many scenarios that we go through on our daily basis that we fear will cause our failure but you will never know till you don't try - it is better to try then not try at all.
Failure is something you will not be able to avoid no matter how many times you avoid it. I have gone through numerous failures in my life but it never made my strength diminish. For someone who spiked back from failure I understood that without it I wouldn't learn the important aspect of trying hard. I have failed my exams, I have failed in employment, I have failed in learning an important skill that was required for something. Take it from someone who has failed and bounced back that it's okay to fail it's life! You won't unleash your potential without trying. The baby's first steps when he/she falls is their failure but if you were to ask their hopeful parents they would say "it's okay baby try again." Falling down is going to happen but it is your will to rise again that will push you towards your success.
Below I have few famous individuals who failed but kept working hard and became successful. So continue reading along and get the inspiration and know why failure is so important.
The first and foremost the name that we all know would have to be Thomas Edison. Also known as the master of trial and error. His teachers said he was "too stupid to learn." It took him numerous years to be successful. He failed 1000 times before succeeding in his invention. When asked about him failing 1000 times he answered saying he found 1000 ways his invention wouldn't work so it is not a failure. Thomas Edison didn't give up and today he is known as one off the most successful inventor.

The next example is off Michael Jordan. One of the best players in the history of sports. For many people who don't know, Michael Jordan was not selected for his high school team. Not being able to live up to his expectations for making the team, he worked hard and made sure he reached and achieved what he wanted. He let his failure and disappointment drive him to his success. Michael Jordan is a prime example of someone who used their failure as a stepping stone to success. A famous quote by the legend himself “I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot, and I missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

Walt Disney the name that many of us can connect our childhood too didn't achieve success from the first try. Walt Disney was told he lacked creativity and imagination. He was fired in 1919 due to that reason that I mentioned earlier. But this wasn't his only failure, he repetitively failed after as well. First company went bankrupt, and this made him suffer a major blow to his ego. With struggle he created his success which we all know as Disney. His struggle and failure made him a successful name. Now we can't even imagine our childhood without Disney films/cartoons. If he had given up then none of us would have had our fond memories of cartoons from our childhood.

These 3 are just a few that have failure to success stories there are many other famous individuals who have gone from failure to success via hard work.
- Beethoven (deaf musician who created record breaking music)
- J.K Rowling (Harry Potter series rejection)
- Steve Jobs (Kicked out of his own Apple Company)
- Shahrukh Khan (Bollywood famous star)
- Amitabh Bachan (Rejected for his voice)
- Arianna Huffington (30 + rejections)
These are just a few of the many people who faced failure and grew successful from their hard work. Had they given up, we wouldn't have known such inspirational individuals and names. It's not always simple, but continuing to move forward despite numerous failures and obstacles will help you achieve all that you're capable off. Failure is the life's biggest teacher and you will never know what you're capable off without trying. When you take risks and fall you grow as a person. Prime example as I mentioned earlier was a baby learning to walk or learning to talk. Experience is something you get from failure - we get a deeper understanding of what it taught us. We get knowledge of what works and what doesn't. Once we learn what failure is we will open our heart to great things and success always. Try and ignore the people who bring you down. No one knows YOU as much as you know yourself, so believe in yourself and work hard because trust me it will all come to you, what truly is meant for you.
I hope this post helps someone feel motivated and inspired. I hope it helps someone connect and know it's okay to fail. This is life through my rose colored glasses. Share your thoughts with me and let me know what is one thing that helps you through failures.
Life through perception.
